Twilio Call Recording
Voiceflow supports enabling call recording for your Twilio projects, on both inbound and outbound calls.
You can enable call recordings by navigating to Settings > Behaviour > Voice and scrolling to the bottom.
By enabling call recording, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding call recording and consent. Voiceflow does not record, store, or access any call recordings (this is all managed by you on your Twilio account), and will not be liable for any misuse of this recording feature.

Note: Call recordings are currently only supported on Twilio, and not for the voice widget.
To listen back to your call recordings, you can go to your Twilio console, and then navigate to Monitor > Logs > call recordings.
